HOW WE ARE ORGANIZED
The CGESD Foundation is a 501(c)3 nonprofit governed by a board of directors that are fiscally responsible for the management of the foundation.

The Casa Grande Education Foundation
In Support of the Youth and Families Served by CGESD.
The Casa Grande Education Foundation has been organized to serve the youth, families, staff and schools of the Casa Grande Elementary School District #4.
The Casa Grande Elementary School District is comprised of 8 elementary schools, 3 middle schools, 1 online learning academy (CGOLA), 1 C-STEM school (COIL), and 1 early childhood learning center (ECLC) serving approximately 6,400 students. With approximately 900 employees, the Casa Grande Elementary School District is presently the second-largest school district in Pinal County and is one of the largest employers in the county. The annual operating budget is over $50 million.

Our Initiatives

Innovative Learning Fund
Whether you call it STEM or STEAM the Innovation Learning fund will help educators bring amazing ideas into the classroom to innovate learning for our youth.

School Support Fund
Help us to deepen and strengthen our educational culture by supporting of our school communities by funding student and teacher appreciation activities and other family events.

Afterschool Activity Fund
This fund helps elementary age children from Kindergarten to 8th Grade fund after school extracurricular activities such as ballet, karate, and youth engagement activities.

Weekend Backpack Fund
Backpack food programs offer families free groceries for weekends and school breaks. Food backpacks include healthy, easy-to-prepare food for kid-friendly meals.
